I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms offered a wonderful view of the castle but had electrical problems in the morning and lacked a desk for work, which would have been more useful than the easy chair. The service was warm and welcoming, with the staff even offering us breakfast to apologize for inconveniences. The location was superb for exploring the city on foot, close to major attractions and metro stations. The dining experience was acceptable with friendly staff. However, there were some transparency issues with the professionalism of the service.
